This is from a restaurant B and I enjoy called Winstead's, and it's rightly famous for serving superb
hamburgers. That's her nine-year-old hand in the lower left. As you can tell, there was a sign underneath the newer, better one. That sign was exactly the same as the one shown, except the N's were oriented correctly. But before either of these sprayed-on signs there was a placard, which is what I originally intended to photograph, and it said something like this:

I found this in a large and mostly disused shopping mall near here in
June of 2012. It's precious that the word only is in italics, like that would make a difference. "Hey, let's go through through this door to get out of here." "No, dude, it says authorized personnel only." "So what? Let's do it anyway." "Look, the word only is in italics." "Oh yeah, you're right. Never mind." |
