Swimming pool (The pool is open from the Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend, from 10:00 AM till 9:00 PM.)
All Ashley Park residents are permitted to use the pool, plus no more than four guests per household. This limit may be exceeded only with the prior approval of the . All of the following are prohibited inside the fenced area of the swimming pool:

Holiday decorations According to the Declaration of Restrictions referred to here, "Exterior holiday or seasonal event exterior decorations displayed on a residence, attached to landscaping or displayed on the lawn shall remain in place for a maximum of 60 days; and shall not be installed more than 40 days prior to the holiday or seasonal event, and shall be removed within 30 days after the date of the holiday or seasonal event." |
