This realtor places a rolled-up, letter-size leaflet like the one at left in the door handle of every house in the development where these townhouses are sold, whenever he sells one.

Ignoring the five mistakes (Can you spot them all?), here's what's amazing:

I know this guy, and he uses his spreadsheet as his word processor. He has never learned anything else, so what you see above, and what you see when he sends you a regular letter, is always generated from his spreadsheet program.

Furthermore, when I gently suggested to him a couple of of times over a period of a year or so that he might want to consider other programs, he pooh-poohed me as though I were crazy.

The folks at Excel should be proud.
